Well Being

Mental Health & Well Being

Wellbeing is all about health, both physical and emotional and as a school we believe that our pupils, parents and staff will thrive with positive attitudes and the right support when things may not be going quite right.

We will never stigmatise those that are suffering or those that may need a little more help.  We have created this page to support our school community and remove the sitgma around mental health.

Life is full of challenges,  with the right support we can all overcome those challenges.  Good levels of wellbeing will ensure we feel motivated and resilient to the challenges of everyday life.

You may not find all the answers here, but we hope this page will offer assurance that we care and others care.

This page will continue to grow,  please feel free to get in touch if you feel a particular resource is worth sharing.
