This ice cream is so healthy, it only has one ingredient, bananas! Chop up your very ripe bananas into slices and freeze them. When they are frozen, take them out and allow to defrost for 5 mins. Then mix them up in a food processor (always ask an adult to help) until thick and creamy. Yum, trust me, it’s delicious!

In these new and strange times when we are all staying at home to keep safe, I thought you might like some of my eco-friendly home-school ideas to keep you out of mischief!

Garden Olympics.

– Look at a world map and choose a country to represent. Learn some facts about your country and make its flag.

– Make medal using cardboard cereal boxes and twisted strands of wool.

– Games could include:

Three-legged race

Egg and spoon race

Long jump

Wheel barrow race

Silly relay,

passing a bucket of water between team members instead of a baton.

Skipping race

Gymnastics display

– Don’t forget to keep score using a tally chart.

– You could even have an awards ceremony and play the national anthem of your chosen country. – Have fun!
